No Returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns subject to refusal and/or 15% service charge. Orders are not subject to consignment and or guarantee sale or other allowances. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in the venue of Broward County, Florida. All pricing is FOB Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. PURCHASER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL APPLICABLE TAXES & DUTY.
