When do you ship orders? We process and ship orders Monday-Friday until 5pm EST.  We attempt to ship orders within the same day. Some shipments may take up to 48 hours to ship. The estimated time of delivery in the US is between 6-10 days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends and bank holidays. Orders received outside of our shipping hours will be processed and shipped on the following business day. 

Where do you ship to? We ship to addresses within the USA. We do not ship outside of the USA.

What are your delivery options? Adult Signature required for all deliveries. Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Availability of certain services may be restricted for some shipping addresses. See checkout for delivery options. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and subject to carrier terms & conditions. Delivery times are based on the Shipping Hours and are subject to payment approval.
